The final contest of the Health for All category at the Hack4Cure Hackathon in April

On 25 April 2024, at the 22nd IME Data Driven Healthcare and Cybersecurity Conference, Dr. Miklós Szócska, Head of the Health Safety National Laboratory Data-Driven Health Division, opened the final contest of the Hack4Cure Hackathon in the Health for All category. Dr. Gergely Mikesy - the chief organizer of the contest - moderated the 3-3 minute pitch of the top 3 teams, in which the finalists presented their completed ideas finalized with the help of their mentors.

    The final result was announced based on the aggregated scores. According to the competition rules, the team with the lowest score was awarded the first place.

      The final ranking was based on the jury's list of 20 April and the votes of the audience at the Hungarian Hospital Association Congress:

      The winner team's idea was to further develop the EgészségAblak app by implementing courses in the app to promote healthy lifestyles. The InnovAid team developed a pharmacy stock tracking system that would allow patients to track where they can go to get their prescription medication in the EgészségAblak app. The Polyp team created a virtual assistant that can help patients decide where to find a healthcare professionals based on their symptoms
